- KRANECARE was selected among the various supplier to carry out the dismantling, relocation and modification of 3 units gantry cranes (2 units 40t KRANECARE, 1 unit 60T JENMON) in a very tight open yard facilites (TOL)in BENOI which has to be handed over to JTC within a very short duration.
- A thorough survey was carried out to establish proper operation planning for dismantling, loading, delivery, unloading, dismantling, modification and installation.
- Three(3) large mobile cranes 100T capacity was used to carry out the operation
- Six(6) trailers and transporter were mobilized to transfer the gantry cranes structures and components
- Dismantling operations was successfully carried out with 2 days from site possession
- Modification and Installation at the new site was completed within 7 days for all 3 units within the allocated timing
